We deliver our products Worldwide via First Class International (5 to 7 days). For United States and
Puerto Rico resident we use USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days).
Shipping Status:
You will be notified via e-mail the status for ALL Shipments.
Shipping Time/Service:
Cutoff time for shipments is 3 p.m. PST. Any orders received after this time may be shipped the next
business day. For all other delivery service levels, we generally ship the SAME BUSINESS DAY the
order
is placed if received by 3 p.m. PST, however, this is not guaranteed. We really try to be as quick as
possible since we understand you have made an important decision to order our products.
2-day service will arrive in 2 business days and may require someone to be present to receive the
package. To determine when your package should arrive, begin counting the 2 days NOT including the
day you placed the order. For example, if you place your order before 3 p.m. PST on a Friday, you can
expect your shipment to arrive on the following Tuesday by 5 p.m. local time. At times we may have a
backorder on a product, and we will ship what we do have, with a note on back-ordered items.
International Orders:
Shipping for international orders includes Spain, London, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Venezuela,
Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Philippines and so on (Canada is not included). No special
shipping offers apply to international orders. We are not responsible for customs delays, duty fees,
confiscation, or local regulations.
